The product consists of a core unit with precise cooperation between a Hall element array and a rotating magnet assembly: The permanent magnet is made of high residual magnetism materials such as neodymium-iron-boron, fixed at the end of the throttle shaft through precision injection molding, and can rotate synchronously with the throttle; The Hall elements are integrated on the PCB board, surrounded by a magnetic yoke to form a closed sensing space.

The shell is manufactured using aluminum alloy die-casting process and undergoes anodization treatment, with thermal conductive silica gel filled inside. This not only achieves IP67 protection to resist oil pollution and dust, but also stabilizes the working temperature within a wide range of -40℃ to 150℃, adapting to harsh environments such as engine compartments.

It adopts non-contact signal acquisition, completely eliminating the sliding contact structure of traditional potentiometers, and fundamentally solving the problem of precision attenuation caused by mechanical wear. Test data shows that its service life can reach more than 100,000 hours, which is 3-5 times that of contact sensors, and can meet the usage needs of the entire life cycle of the vehicle.
